#340 Normalize the database (3NF)

1. Move the abstract in resource table fields resourcetextAddUserIdAbstract, resourcetextEditUserIdAbstract and resourcetextAbstract).
2. Know if note is really unique for each resource and in this case it can also go in the resource table or if there can be a note per user and at this moment it remains in its own table.
3. Move the data of each metadata type in its own table (resource_quote, resource_musing...).
4. Continuation to be defined.
