#299 Put the management of personalized biographies to the fore

Bilbiogrpahies should also be put more prominently in pages and documentation and made easier to create so that users can really use them as a personal selection from the general bibliography for their current publication. The emphasis on a bibliography can be that of a publication and it is easy to use for everyday work. The bibliography of publication X or Y.

Just a reminder: the resources in the database comprise the WIKINDX master bibliography. Registered users can create as many user bibliographies as they want drawn from the master bibliography. Such bibliographies can also be shared among user groups. All this functionality is found under the Wikindx|My WIkindx menu.

The point is that the creation of a bibliography is indirect (you can't create a bibliography on the fly from the resource view are the search screen) and prevents, I think, it's use. I tried to put resource in a bibliography and search and find it cumbersome. And importing / exporting private bibliographies is not well supported.

When creating or editing a resource, it is possible to add the resource to a user bibliography (or more). And lists can be added to (or removed) from a user bibliography.

Perhaps things could be improved by having an interface in single view to add/remove the resource to/from a user bibliography. Certainly import/export of user bibliographies could be improved.

I'll have a look at it.
