Create an LO extension to wikindx for the importation of bibliographies and insertion of citations.

1. An interface to search a wikindx for a citation and then insert it and add to a bibliography.
2. The API should be something like that for CMS – a special means to access resources and return them in a format accessible to the LO extension.
3. Inserting citations and appending to a bibliography is one thing (the first step) – it's another thing to format the LO document's citations and bibliography to a specific style (e.g. APA, IEEE), as happens with the wikindx word processor, because this requires sending the entire document to a wikindx for parsing and reformatting (the second step).

Add-ins have been created for Word and Google Docs. The API is found in office.php and core/modules/office/search.php. Step 3 above has been accomplished without sending the document to wikindx.
