#248 DOI search/import plugin

Create a DOI search/import plugin based on this API:
https://www.crossref.org/education/retrieve-metadata/rest-api/
https://github.com/CrossRef/rest-api-doc

It's only for Crossref DOIs (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crossref) but that seems to be a large selection of DOIs.

e.g. https://api.crossref.org/works/10.1007/978-3-030-24751-5_4

The interface should provide the possibility to import a DOI directly but also to search (number of parameters) and then optionally import (like the PubMed plugin).

Note that the API is only as good as the data publishers deposit with crossref – e.g., it appears there is no abstract information available so this will have to be entered later by hand.
