Download staruml-bm05.zip and copy staruml-bm/staruml-bm and staruml-bm/staruml-vi directories to WhiteStarUml/modules. After that you should see some BPMN diagrams under "Add Diagram" command. It may fit your needs.

Hi,
This add-in is not BPMN 2.0 diagram. BPMN diagrams have several parts such
as Task, Activity, Service, Gateway and etc that did-not find in this
plug-in. You could see it yourself. For BPMN 2.0 standard you could see
www.OMG.com. Please add BPMN 2.0 standard to StarUML.

Apparently nobody working currently on WhiteStarUML has any relevant knowledge in the domain of BPMN. Nevertheless such a task could completed by anyone familiar with BPMN as a profile similar to the referenced staruml-bm. It does not require any particular programming tools.
