#27 View all ended games

This replacement for mainmenu.php adds a listing of all
ended games indicating the players names, and the
outcome of the game.

You can click on a player in this list and view game as
it was when it ended.

Credit for this goes to my friend Lee Mahr. He figured
out how to bring up the old games, and convert the
status messages to list a player's handle rather than
the color.
