#25 Modificated V0.9.0 - with built in chat

Source very dirty - writed in couple of day and not
optimized for best performance. I think in 1-2 week it
be fully with css styles, more optimized, and tested on
compatiblity chat and SharedPC mode. In future i
planning add built in news, rating and admin backend.
(but in first step need add md5 hashig for password).
It's in russian (i'm don't hawe a time to retranslade
it back ti english) so if you have question - ask here
or in form or mailing list.
