#134 Sources saved with a layer greater than 10 fail to load at the saved layer

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Create a source(s) with a layer greater than 10.
2. Save studio
   What is the expected output?
   Loading a saved studio file creates all saved sources at the layer level as was saved.
   What do you see instead?
   Loading a saved studio file creates all saved sources that have a layer of 10 or higher as layer 10.
   The Operating system you are using (Linux, Windows etc)?
   Linux
   What version of WebcamStudio are you using?
   0.73r592
   What version of Java are you using?
   1.8.0_66

Hi Bill,
thanks for the feedback.
I can reproduce the issue and i will try to fix that.
I'm not currently involved in WS Project anymore, but if i got time I will look at this.
Keep in mind that WS is still in Beta stage and sadly this is not the only bug it has.

Hi Bill,
just released build 604.
I only rise the Layer range limit from (-10 +10) to (-20 +20) in all Stream-Panel. I will update the code more later to have infinite Layers removing the "Layer Slider".
