That site seems to be working OK for me. I'm not sure exactly what's going wrong here, but you could try having it auto-type by only URL (or only window title) for this entry?

  I tried to create entry without additional options but nothing changed. On first use i see only entry with window-type option.
  I tested it in IE and i see all entries.

I'm sorry, then, I don't know what else to try. I don't see anything obviously special or unusual about that site, and if it works in Firefox and IE then I guess Chrome must be doing something weird. I've tried it in Chrome here and it seemed fine, though.

    You can try running MSAALister while only that website is open. If it only occurs the first time, then make sure that MSAALister is run as the first thing (otherwise it would be testing as the second time). It's possible there will be a clue there, but I'm not optimistic. If you give me the output I will check for you.

        I can see there that in the first file Chrome is reporting Chrome_RenderWidgetHostHWND with a role of document (line 41), but a blank value. In the second file that same Chrome_RenderWidgetHostHWND on line 41 is correctly returning the URL as the value.
        
        I'm afraid I do not know why Chrome would change this between two runs, and I can't reproduce the issue here. You could try running Chrome with the "--force-renderer-accessibility" flag on the command line, that might help.

        This flag helped me, auto-type work from first use
        As far as I understand - this is the only way to solve? If so, then the ticket can be closed.
