[webmin-l] virtualmin, let's encrypt out of the box after upgrade?

I just upgraded to virtualmin 5.01 and wonder if let's encrypt on the
domain level should work out of the box? when I click "request certificate"
for a domain I just get back:

Requesting a certificate for domain.com, www.domain.com  from Let's Encrypt
..
.. request failed :

that's it.

Is there a way to bulk request certificates for all domains, that don't
have one?
