[webmin-l] Please add Cache-control: public to static images served from miniserv

Greetings, All!

It became increasingly troubling for me to work with one particular remote
site. The connection is slow, and reloading every image from site on each
request takes immense amount of time.
Please consider using "Cache-Control: public; max-age=86400" header instead of
Expires for static content.
