Hello all, I have the latest Virtualmin GPL just installed today on new clean debian squeeze using the install.sh script. Everything has seemed to work pretty well. However, I tried to install Joomla 1.6 this evening & it is recommending I turn off PHP Output Buffering. I looked this up, and in the php.ini, we have output_buffering. It was enabled set to 4096. I have disabled it in each php.ini under /etc/php5. However, after restarting apache webserver, it continues to show that it's enabled. I did a quick search through virtualmin.com & found that there may be an association with Output Buffering and FCGId and/or CGI wrapper. My questions are: 1. How can I disable output buffering? 2. Do I really need to disable it? I read up on it a bit, and it appears that it is essentially a performance enhancement. However, if the Joomla installer recommends I disable it, then I'm assuming that there may be some known/documentation issues there. Can anyone offer more insight into this issue?
