I think I already responded to this, but it was a top-level server.

I can't quite figure out why, but the file and directory permissions are 
definitely not working (i.e. they're not copied 1-to-1 from the skeleton 
directory). The owner/group stuff seems to work for some templates? I 
don't get it... but it's causing a whole lotta trouble.
