At the moment, you can only do this by disabling the web feature, and
then re-enabling it again. When re-activating it, there is a field at
the bottom of the Edit Server page for setting the proxy website.

In future Virtualmin releases, I will add a page specifically for
enabling, disabling and changing the proxying and frame forwarding URL..
