[webmin-l] Webalizer 'run as user'

We have our users set up with default shell /sbin/nologin because they 
don't need shell access. The problem is that virtualmin sets up 
webalizer to run as the domain username, so no stats are generated 
because su fails. I can manually change each one in the webalizer to run 
as root but is there a way to have virtualmin set them up by default to 
run as root instead of the domain owner?
