[webmin-l] More LDAP Users and Groups

Ok - creating users works fine

Deleting users presents a new challenge.

cyrus mailbox isn't deleted. Perhaps because I have changed from uw-imap
to cyrus after initial install of Webmin means that it isn't aware of
where/how to do this. 

Are cyrus mailboxes/accounts not dealt with in Webmin? 

I could probably script this portion if necessary.
