I am using the webmin 1.170 on Fedora Core 2.

When I added the servers at Webmin section, I also added the username 
and password.

Then in the the cluster section there is a add server button plus a drop 
down list with the two servers, "this server" and "the server you added".

You select one at a time. If there is no add button then there is no 
more servers to add.
