[webmin-l] how to create a ftp account??!!

hi all!
i ve  problemes with ftp and mail:
1-choice between FTPro,Wu-ftp?
2-how to create account for many users to a different
paths and limit size of there home directory (i think
with Quotas)
3-choice between Sendmail and Postfix?
