This weekend, I was updating a Redhat 6.2 installation to use webmin 1.030. Since I use SSL to connect, I went to the SSL Encryption page and created a new SSL key for the Webmin server. After that, I was completely locked out. After some investigation, I discovered that my certificate was created with an expiration date of the current date rather than sometime in the future. I uninstalled webmin and tried again. The same thing happened. I had to stick with the default key to keep webmin working. Has anyone else seen this problem? This was a stock Redhat 6.2 system with all errata from Redhat installed. Fred Bacon |
