Unfortunately, that is not currently supported - Usermin assumes that
if you are using the qmail Maildir format that the mail directory will
be under the user's home directory. However, it is easy to add - in the
next Usermin release, I will add a Usermin Module Configuration option
called 'Qmail maildir location' that you could set to /var/spool/mail
