I'm trying to get SSLeay compiled for use in Webmin for a Solaris machine. OpenSSL compiles and installs just fine. The Net_SSLeay module gives me this: # ./Makefile.PL -t Checking for OpenSSL-0.9.6a or newer... You have OpenSSL-0.9.6b installed in /usr/local/ssl Writing Makefile for Net::SSLeay cc -c -I/usr/local/ssl/include -xO3 -xdepend -DVERSION=\"1.07\" -DXS_VERSION=\"1.07\" -KPIC -I/usr/perl5/5.00503/sun4-so laris/CORE SSLeay.c /usr/ucb/cc: language optional software package not installed make: *** [SSLeay.o] Error 1 # Language optional software? o.O I have gcc installed in /usr/local/bin/, but can't seem to get the makefile to recognize it. Anyone have any ideas? --- Steve Shelby Motorola GTSS Kansas City |
