Do you have an ad blocker, perhaps? That may prevent the CAPTCHA frame from loading.
If you continue to have problems logging in, open a ticket over at Virtualmin.com and assign it to me (Joe) and I will manually create a Webmin doc wiki account for you and verify it (I login so rarely here that things like this get missed for way too long).

I tried to create an account on the mediawiki page:

On the Create Account page, before the "Create your account" button the following is stated:
To protect the wiki against automated account creation, we kindly ask you to type the two words you see in the box below:
There is no image displayed and no field to type the words in.
If I click the "Create your account" button, the page refreshes telling me:
Account creation error
Incorrect or missing CAPTCHA.
And still no image or box is displayed.
