You can't delete an item that has been used. The item information must be kept exactly because the item was used and we will need all the info about the item. You can't delete stock movements because they are part of an entire erp system. A system that not only tracks items but also does gl entries, debtor transactions, etc. You can't just go deleting stock movements or items. You can make an item obsolete within the system.
