Dutch and here's what's happening:

 Without manual intervention purchase order was created (process order)
successfully.

I then created a new order on the same way as above but now with a
modification of the numbers. On the 2nd item the amount of 10 was modified
to 20. After this modification the order lines were updated. Please note
that the conversion factor was changed from 0.5 to 05 This modification has
no effect on the presented volume in the supplier unit and the
corresponding order 8 contains 20 pieces for the correct price). However,
note that the amount in our volume is changed from 5 to 100 (change of
factor 20) and the price in our units from 15 to 1,5 (change of factor 10).

*Conclusion conversion factor is not working properly. Conversion factors
with a decimal can not be applied*
