Our WIKI link in the configuration is:

Wiki Path:   ../mediawiki  |The path to the wiki installation to form the
basis of wiki URLs - or the full URL of the wiki.

We see the multiple possible cases.  This worked in prior versions of
weberp.  I haven't had a chance to research when it broke.
