[waimea-users] no opacity

Hi,

I installed Waimea a few days ago. I followed the installation manual on the 
site but for some reason opacity doesn't work for me! I tried making some 
styles with different opacities but that doesn't work for me, even styles I 
downloaded from the waimea.org site don't work correctly :( Am I missing a 
library or something like that? I use Red Hat 8.0 and installed the latest 
waimea version.
