[Vxl-maintainers] vxl webpage

Hi all

As you know, I've moved the vxl homepage to
http://vxl.sourceforge.net/. All the content is under CVS, and can be
checked out as "...cvs.vxl.sourceforge... checkout www". I've
installed a cron on the SourceForge machine that will update the pages
at 8pm PST every night. If you need permission to modify files and
such, Geoff should be able to arrange things.
