[Vxl-users] Decorate Libraries with "Debug" information

I have just built vxl in the hope to use it for some eigen value and least squares fit calculations. I have noticed that during the build there is not differentiation between the debug libraries and the release libraries. This is going to make building and debugging a pain on windows (Less so on Linux and OS X). I was wondering if VXL would be interested in any updates that I would make to VXL to add these features. I would rather these issues go into the main branch rather than me forking and making the fixes to the CMake files.
