VuFind is set up to assemble the full title in the order title, subtitle, section. It sounds like for this record you want title, section, subtitle instead. You can rearrange the order of the elements in web/interface/themes/[your theme]/RecordDrivers/Index/core.tpl if you always need title, section, subtitle order. If the order varies by record, it's more complicated - in that situation, let me know and we can discuss some strategies. - Demian From: Thomas Misilo [mailto:mi...@fi...] Sent: Wednesday, January 16, 2013 11:40 AM To: Demian Katz Cc: vuf...@li... Demain, What I am looking for is what generates the subtiles and such, an example is this: https://catalog.lib.fit.edu/Record/2818233/Holdings#tabnav The Title is display as, "The pilot's manual. all the aeronautical knowledge required to pass the FAA exams, IFR checkride, and operate as an instrumented-rated pilot / 3, Instrument flying :" when it should be, "The pilot's manual. 3, Instrument flying : all the aeronautical knowledge required to pass the FAA exams, IFR checkride, and operate as an instrumented-rated pilot" Tom From: Demian Katz [mailto:dem...@vi...] Sent: Wednesday, January 16, 2013 11:21 AM To: Thomas Misilo; vuf...@li... Subject: RE: How are titles built in VuFind 1.3? In what context? Titles are displayed slightly differently in search results, record views, etc. In general, the best way to get a definitive answer is to look at the templates generating the pages... but if you need pointers in the right direction, I'll be happy to help! - Demian From: Thomas Misilo [mailto:mi...@fi...] Sent: Wednesday, January 16, 2013 11:19 AM To: vuf...@li...<mailto:vuf...@li...> Subject: [VuFind-General] How are titles built in VuFind 1.3?
