As far as I know, nobody has implemented Syndetics TOC support in VuFind. Presumably you could add this fairly easily by adapting the code from one of the existing Syndetics features -- the only significant complexity is deciding on how (or if) to combine Syndetics content with locally-indexed TOC data in Solr.
