With any luck this modified jar should work: https://github.com/downloads/marktriggs/nla-browse-handler/browse-indexing-multi-value.jar I've built it from my nla-browse-handler master branch against VuFind from trunk, so hopefully it'll work as a drop in replacement for your browse-indexing.jar.
