Fortunately, VuFind doesn't put files in too many places -- I think this should cover it: 1.) Delete your VuFind installation directory (probably /usr/local/vufind) 2.) Delete your VuFind database (probably named vufind in MySQL) 3.) Delete any symbolic links from your Apache conf.d directory. 4.) Edit /etc/profile to remove any unwanted JAVA_HOME or VUFIND_HOME definitions.
