Demian,
        I carelessly add a space at the end of OCI path("c:\instantclient_11_2 ;"), in Environment variables setup. After I delete that space, the problem is solved.
        VuFind 1.1 is easy to use and strong.

It sounds to me like Apache doesn't have mod_rewrite enabled.  Is the appropriate LoadModule line uncommented, as described here?
