[VuFind-General] VuFind 0.8.2 release

Hello - I have prepared another release in the 0.8 branch.  This one incorporates some additional enhancements to the importer as well as some bug fixes.

Thanks again to those who have submitted patches - I haven't been able to include them all in this release - but we will make sure they are all in the 1.0 release.

Here are the statistics on my latest import on my production server:

Pretty impressive I think!
