[VuFind-General] Cite pop-up is blank

Now that big things are working, I'm chipping away at little ones.
When I click on the "cite this" icon, the APA/MLA citation pop-up 
appears, but there is no actual citation text.  There are no error 
messages in apache2/logs/error_log or solr/jetty/logs.  Has anyone else 
had this problem?  Where else can I look for a cause? (This was working 
in the 0.7 release).
