Thanks to all the responses - Jon, I will go back and double check my SQL as I was a bit surprised as well. The query doesn't "break" as such, but takes as long as it does when using a subquery (which I want to avoid, because on our moderately spec'd system the subquery takes seconds to return, while the join comes back quick). But certainly there is something amiss when column specification buggers things up. Everybody else, I guess that Voyager is (ab)used in so many different ways by so many institutions that just about any usage scenario is possible. I guess I was interested if other people would be interested in displaying this information in the holdings tab. From what I'm hearing, the answer is no, so I won't bother submitting a patch.
