Managed to run TightVNC flawlessly under WinXP with
SP2 for quite a while, but then for some unexplained
reason, whenever I try to start it I get a dialog box with
the title 'WinVNC Usage' with the text 'winvnc [-run] [-
kill] [-connect][host[:display]]] [-connect][host[:port]]] [-
install] [-remove] [reinstall] [-settings] [-defauntsettings]
[-about]' and an OK button.

No matter what parameters I used to start it with, that
dialog shows up, tried to reinstall it, unistall it and then
install it again. Nothing works.
