#32 password taken from command line

Hi group!

Here's a patch which will make vncviewer.exe take the
session password from the command line.

Advantages are that if you can spawn vncviewer with
the password and the server address and will make your
life easier when you have to connect many times to a
machine, but you don't want to enter the password.

Disadvantages are of course issues related to security.

About the patch:

0. Win32 only.
1. Works for the TightVNC 1.2.9 stable version.
2. It reduces the number of retries to 1 if command is
being taken from command line.
3. The password from the command line is not yet
stored in the config file. I did not need to do this.
