Hi everybody, I've just read a post on TightVnc mailing list about special characters = used in password. I've got a problem using WinVNC or TightVNC viewer under NT4 SP6 and = Tignt or WinVNC Server on NT4 SP6 : My password (with no special character) is OK to connect to the VNC = Server, but when I enter the password (set with special character) to = log on the computer and open a session I've got an error message saying = that my password is not correct. This problem does not occur if I use Windows 2000 PRO SP3 running Tight = or WinVNC viewer and Tignt or WinVNC Server on NT4 SP6. Is this problem occurs only with NT4 ? Have you any suggestions to help me ? Sorry for my poor technical english but i'm french. Have a nice day. FRED |
