stunnel for VNC connections

Folks,

How can I create secure SSL connections with TightVNC Server/Viewers? 
Just did a few searches and some methods discussions came up, but 
wondering if any have some insight on how to do this. I would like to 
use current stable versions of VncServer, and launch a secure 
connection to say a VNC Reflector, to broadcast securely to a java Vnc 
Viewer. I wonder if it can be done without modifying the sources, but 
using a front end stunnel utility or if modifying the source is a 
better option.
