question on versioning: re worm exploits on vnc

I see that tightvnc is based on the www.realvnc.com code.

I am using the 1.3.8 version of tightvnc.  How can I find out what
version of realvnc is under the covers?

There is a worm out there exploting versions of realvnc less than 4.1.2. 
I am trying to find out if tightvnc is vulnerable also.
