#708 In multi-monitor setup the viewer should remember the last display/monitor it was used on.

I have a dual monitor setup and I always TightVNC viewer in the secondary screen. When I close and reopen the session, the viewer does remember whether it was full screen or window mode. But it does not remember which monitor it was on.
This is specially annoying when using the full screen because the viewer always opens on the primary display. Then I have to exit the full screen, move the window to the secondary, and enter the full screen again...
If this feature would brake some other behavior that people are used to - make this behavior settable through the options dialog. Like "Remember last viewer position"...
