#239 Windows port: Clear connection history

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ORL\VNCviewer\MRU
stores the history of all out-bound connections to
remote computers. There needs to be an option in the
preferences or directly on the "Connection Details"
window to clear the drop-down list's history. Only savvy
users would know enough to go to this registry key and
delete it manually.

The latest development version can clear history, there is
corresponding button in the Options dialog, Globals tab.
