#1645 Unable to launch the Server control interface in Windows 11

Unable to launch the Server control interface in Windows 11.
When I click in the Start menu on either the Service control interface or the Server control interface nothing happens:

I see neither a window opening up nor an additional system tray icon.

The version is the release: 2.8.85

I think you can close:
Windows 11 hides the tray icons automatically and they have to be enabled manually in the taskbar settings, it seems 🙄
