#1587 MS update yesterday broke tightvnc v 2

Since the microsoft update yesterday(9/16/2022) this error is now happening when I had no errors before the update.
Pretty simple usage here, 2 PC's on the same local ethernet using IPv4 reserved class C addresses.
this PC 192.168.254.2, host 192.168.254.3

Error in TightVNC Viewer: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by it's access permissions.

That's all the info it gives and the program just terminates.

After fixing another problem with UPnP all seems well again, so you can discard this
