I am using Window 10 Insider and TightVNC 2.8.59 server. In the past, I use TightVNC client on Fedora 33 to connect to the Windows. To see Windows in window mode (not full screen mode), custom resolution is used. The screen is 1920x1080 and by using Intel's Control Panel, I use a resolution of 1870x1052. It worked well for a long time.

Since Feb 2021, with an upgrade of Insider Preview 21301, this doesn't work anymore. Any resolution other than 1920x1080 won't work:

with TightVNC client, screen is blackscreen and on the right/bottom edge, flickering is observed.
With TigerVNC client, screen is just blackscreen.

I have tried to upgrade/downgrade Intel driver and Nvidia driver, but neither worked.
