Keyboard input issue

When I log in to Windows 10 via VNC and select the Windows start menu/taskbar search, the keyboard input is spammed with the ` character. I can interrupt this process by typing directly on the server's keyboard.

Established a workaround by enabling "No local input during client sessions."

I've confirmed this issue in both bVNC and RealVNC Android clients. It ONLY occurs if initial Windows login is performed over VNC. If I physically login to Windows on the server, it won't occur.
