#1516 Erratic pointer movements making soft unusable

TightVNC version 2.8.27 is completely unusable for us:

Our setup is a Windows 7 station, trying to connect to a server running on Windows 10, through a listening viewer connection.

The internet connection is quite low and unreliable on the Windows 10 side.

What the user reports on the Windows 10 machine is a mouse pointer moving erratically, even when no input (and mouse away from the viewer window on the Windows 7 machine.)
Even when the viewer was closed , and after a quick restart' (pushing power button off and then back on with quick restart enabled on windows) the cursor was moving erratically and the computer had to be fully restarted (ctrl-alt-del, then going to start/stop button with tab key and goingrestart'.)

I will be trying to reproduce the issue under low-network conditions (but I find it hard to setup!)
I have been trying here with a `regular' connection, with two Windows 7 machines, but was unable to repro.

Hi,

So, what I tried locally is making a software that would flood the network, so as to reduce the bandwidth available for teamviewer.

I was not able to repro, even temporary unplugging the connection, the mouse would control find on client.

My machines locally are two Windows 7 though.

I am really at lost as of what to investigate

So, I am starting to suspect the font scaling on the Windows 10 Server

I will try the other option (`Let remote server deal w/ cursor.') and report
(Can't really change the font on the remote server.)
