Under Windows PE 10.0.19041 Win32 applications that opens a command prompt TightVNC shows the Win32 application but not the command prompt. Basically anything that an application executes via ShellAPI or create process doesn't show over TightVNC but does locally to the user.
I can confirm this. Started applications like regedit show up on vnc. but cmd.exe not. tried i think all possible switches and combinations.

Meanwhile i tested with Ultravnc and it has the same with new WinPE Build. Just as sitenote to TightVNC devs..
How do we know if this issue will be worked on and by when?
