#1496 s acute not working on Polish keyboard

Hi. I have problem with letter ś. It is recognized by tvnserver as C-A-s, which is not correct, because it should be A-s with right alt (AltGr). I have two fixes for this, attaching. One general (using VK_RMENU) and one specific similar to other workarounds, which I don't really like.

This is an old bug, originating in 2.7.10. It's not easy for me to test it and reproduce it now, on current version, but I have working installations based on 2.7.10, which prove the fix is correct. Please consider adding one of the fixes to the official release. Thank you.
